The end

 End is a fictional statement,

ends never exist, only in the mind

of the fool.

Stupid films made us believe there was an end

to a story never ocurred,  and blatantly made us believe it somehow started.

She was crying while saying "this is the end",

While the lights of the city gave a shit about it.

She was expecting me to cry as well.

Never did.

Never will cry for fictional stupid non sense.

Ecuador, país de mierda

  In memoriam de un león febrilmente cordero Es curioso, pero tengo la desasosegada impresión de que son precisamente los personajes de nuestra derecha los que mejor acertaron a calificar al Ecuador. " País de mierda " fueron las palabras que escuché con estupor hace más de 30 años en la televisión. Las profería León Febres Cordero, quien había sido presidente del Ecuador entre 1984 y 1988.  No he podido recuperar dicho registro visual en Youtube. Pero sigue marcado en mi memoria y en un recuerdo histórico que intenta darle forma a este país al que, dato curioso, Bolívar se refirió en momentos de tensión militar como " afeminada y nada militar ", en contraste con la feroz resistencia rebelde que encontraba en Pasto. En otra ocasión, cuando Olmendo defendía a Guayaquil como estado independiente, el Libertador la llamó la " Republiqueta ".
